A word from Joanna
“My passion is getting involved in, and ultimately transforming a business into a dynamic, future-proof company that has not just commercial viability, but a real strength or USP in the marketplace.
My methods? Focused, relevant, genuinely strategic, business development activity that has a measured return on investment. This includes strategic digital activity for both company and individuals to future proof and grow business. Plus getting to know a company and its people inside and out, to enable the owner, partners, and/or management team to get the very best out of their service, product or idea. To ultimately develop their stakeholder engagement. Sometimes you need an outsider to identify what’s working and what’s not. And that’s where I come in, I enjoy reigniting lost passion within teams and helping my clients to enjoy the journey of business transformation.
I’ve personally founded and co-founded UK businesses and now grow my own business portfolio while advising a select number of individual clients. A believer in helping others I also enjoying putting my skills to good use for charity and am proud to support the invaluable work at both The Polar Academy and The Scottish Child Law Centre ”
“Joanna really helped us identify where we had outgrown suppliers and advisers and to find new relevant ones. This changed we way we approached the business side of what we do and by also learning about structured planning this enabled to us to grow our business in a more profitable way. She has actually even found us an accounatnt we have fun with and is so well networked she can find a match for both expertise and relationship. Joanna also helped us raise our game and plan to reach our goals, which we dd sooner than expected. “
